Nothing happens in this organization without people doing the work.  The people on the roofs are the heart and soul of Platinum.  Roofing is a skill...an art.  It takes practice, and practice, and then some more practice.  We believe this is something that people can learn, perfect, and make a career of their own.  When people are trained right and have confidence in what they do, they do good work.  Platinum takes it another step and we entrust our people with responsibilities and include them on decision making.
